Find the right C1 skill-learning item, match it to your class and skill level, and avoid buying a book that your trainer cannot use yet.
A level-up can reveal new skills at your trainer, but learning them may also require SP and a specific item. The item is not a substitute for the correct class or learn level. First open the C1 class skill list, identify the exact skill and rank, and only then search the item catalogue. This avoids buying a similarly named book that belongs to another profession or an ability you cannot train yet.
The C1 catalogue includes spellbooks, Orc amulets and Artisan blueprints. The examples below link to actual item records, but they do not imply that every class uses every listed item. Search by the exact learned skill name and inspect the class record before paying a seller. Blueprint items are tied to the Artisan's golem skills rather than ordinary recipe crafting.
| C1 item example | Skill family | Check first | Related C1 skill |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spellbook | Compatible healer path | ||
| Spellbook | Class and learn level | ||
| Orc amulet | Compatible Orc path | ||
| Artisan blueprint | Golem skill access |
An item page may list shops or monster drops, but a possible source is not a guaranteed purchase at every town or a guaranteed drop on each kill. Compare the travel and hunting cost with a local market offer. If the record has no confirmed source for your server, search the in-game shop or ask another player before committing to a long route based on a later chronicle's item list.
A spellbook can sit unused if you arrive without enough SP or the required profession. Plan your next few learn levels rather than collecting every book in advance. A healer might prioritize recovery or support; a damage caster might first need a reliable combat spell. The correct order depends on your party and the actual C1 skill list, not on the price of the book alone.
An Artisan blueprint unlocks a golem-related skill path. A crafting recipe instead records a manufactured output and its material requirements. Both can appear in a Dwarf's progression, but their jobs differ. For a material project, open the recipe and planner; for a new ability, check the class trainer and the relevant blueprint item.
The first and second profession transfers change what a character can learn. Revisit the class path and skill table when you reach a milestone, then make a short shopping list for that stage. If a book's name or source looks unfamiliar, confirm it against the C1 item record before trusting an instruction written for a newer chronicle.
