Independent Lineage 2 reference
L2Tools is an independent, unofficial reference project for Lineage 2 players. It organises Interlude and High Five data into searchable entity pages, connected drop and crafting journeys, and deterministic tools whose inputs can be inspected.
Our aim is to answer a player's practical question without obscuring the chronicle, identifier, source limitations or calculation behind the answer. Large catalogues are useful only when their pages are internally connected, technically discoverable and honest about what each value represents.
Database pages are generated from structured records, while methodology and guide content is written to explain interpretation, provenance and player workflows. Automation helps import and validate records; it does not replace evidence review for disputed or high-impact values.
Interlude and High Five are separate datasets. A matching game ID does not justify copying a value between chronicles, and every public entity keeps its chronicle in the URL.
Source artifacts, server data, runtime observations, formulas and community reports prove different things. L2Tools labels that distinction and avoids presenting an acquisition website as the original authority.
Derived values and calculator results should be explainable from named inputs and versioned rules. When a reliable conversion is unavailable, the site does not invent one.
Reports include the chronicle, record, field and evidence. Material accepted changes are documented so a correction never silently changes the meaning of published data.
The detailed import and interpretation rules are published in the data methodology. Dataset families and their evidence boundaries are listed on the sources page.
Found an incorrect stat, reward, drop, spoil chance or relationship? Send the exact chronicle, record ID, observed value, expected value and reproducible evidence through the correction form. Material revisions are recorded in the data changelog.
Public technical interfaces make supported records available to tools and research workflows. Consult the developer documentation for the API contract, limits and attribution guidance.
If L2Tools helps you on your adventures, a voluntary donation can help cover hosting, data research and ongoing development. Learn how to support L2Tools, including ways to contribute without donating.
