Use the Chronicle 1 client interface to coordinate parties, find objectives and keep essential actions visible without memorizing later-era UI.
The C1 interface supports a movable status and ailment display, a shortcut window and an action window. Begin by arranging HP, MP, target and skill reuse where they remain visible during a pull. Place an attack or frequently used skill, a recovery option and an escape item on shortcuts you can recognize without scanning every slot. An interface layout is useful only if it helps you respond while the character is moving and a monster is already approaching.
Chronicle 1's chat tabs are All, Trade, Party, Clan and Alliance, with the latter channels available according to membership. The C1 update records Alt+PageUp and Alt+PageDown for moving between chat tabs. Check the active tab before sending party instructions or market messages. For a hunt, agree that target calls, a stop signal and loot questions go into one channel so important information is not lost in general conversation.
In the Chronicle 1 client, right-clicking a party member in the party window can assist their target. Ask the tank or designated caller to mark the next enemy, then use that interaction to concentrate damage. If the first target dies or the caller changes, verify the new target before spending MP on a large skill. Assist solves target selection; it does not replace spacing, retreat decisions or checking which creature a quest actually needs.
The C1 update made coordinates visible on the world map. A coordinate is useful when two party members need the same meeting point, but it is not a complete travel plan: a teleport may start in another town, a dungeon entrance can be separated from its hunting room, and a has its own return mapping. Share the destination and the route together, then check the C1 travel tool before paying a fare or setting out with limited supplies.
Chronicle 1 fixed the reuse indicator so it remains readable after a restart, and its action window documents additional slash commands. Use the indicator to avoid repeatedly pressing a skill that is still recovering. Read the command's description in the client rather than assuming a later-chronicle shortcut exists in C1. If a spell appears to fail, check MP, target, range and reuse before moving the same icon or replacing the skill.
The C1 interface added a lower model-detail option for better performance. A frame rate that makes target changes and incoming enemies visible is more useful than a high setting that stutters in a crowded fight. After changing detail or rearranging windows, test one short hunt and confirm that chat, target and HP remain legible. A comfortable interface reduces missed actions and makes both solo and party decisions easier to repeat.
