Compare the three second-class servitor paths through native C1 skills, running costs, experience share and their 3-in-1 transfers.
Human Wizard leads to Warlock, Elven Wizard to Elemental Summoner, and Dark Wizard to Phantom Summoner. All three share many C1 servitor tools; the named creatures and later branch skills supply the more useful comparison. A player who wants to develop one pet-like companion across sessions should read the separate pet system instead. A servitor is a timed, skill-created ally with a crystal cost and its own reward rules.
At the first mapped second-class step, Warlock can learn
Summon Kat the Cat and
Summon Mew the Cat; Elemental Summoner has
Summon Unicorn Boxer and
Summon Unicorn Mirage; Phantom Summoner has
Summon Shadow and
Summon Silhouette. These are pairs to investigate, not an instruction to summon both together. Read each skill's required item and the server's actual servitor behavior, then test the creature against a target the player can survive without risking an expensive failure.
| Second class | Recorded creature skills | Class page |
|---|---|---|
| Warlock | Kat the Cat; Mew the Cat | Human Wizard branch |
| Elemental Summoner | Unicorn Boxer; Unicorn Mirage | Elven Wizard branch |
| Phantom Summoner | Shadow; Silhouette | Dark Wizard branch |
Chronicle 1 changed servitor duration, crystal cost and the character's XP share for specific summons. A stronger-looking kill can be poor progression if its crystal bill or XP reduction dominates the full session. Open the dedicated cost guide for the recorded C1 groups, then compare ten real kills with the same route and supply budget. Check the exact named creature: the lower-XP and higher-XP categories are not interchangeable, and custom servers may implement different rates.
Servitor Heal and
Servitor Recharge appear across all three mapped paths, as do defensive servitor buffs. Their value depends on using them before the companion collapses, not after the owner has already lost control of the pull. If the creature takes the first hit, leave space for the caster to move and recover MP. A new skill or a better weapon may help, but disciplined target selection usually protects both the owner and the crystal investment.
The native C1 class mapping includes
Transfer Pain on a level-40 row for these summoners, while the archived Chronicle 1 skill update lists its introduction at level 56. Both identify a damage-sharing servitor skill, but they do not support a confident level-40 unlock claim. Verify the skill trainer and server implementation before building a low-level survival plan around it. Use ordinary positioning and an escape option in the meantime.
Create comparable C1 builds at the intended level, using the same armor and the same hunting area. Run separate short sessions for the available summons and record crystal consumption, character XP gained, owner damage taken, MP used on servitor recovery and total time. This is more informative than comparing an isolated attack animation. It also tells a party whether the summoner's contribution is control, steady damage or a safer route into harder targets.
All three destinations share Trial of the Scholar and Test of the Summoner. Their race-linked Testimony differs: Trust for Warlock, Life for Elemental Summoner and Fate for Phantom Summoner. Open the correct 3-in-1 transfer guide to combine quest travel, NPCs and proof items. A shared final test does not let a character substitute another race's testimony.
| 3-in-1 transfer guide | Trial | Testimony | Test |
|---|---|---|---|
| Warlock | Trial of the Scholar | Testimony of Trust | Test of the Summoner |
| Elemental Summoner | Trial of the Scholar | Testimony of Life | Test of the Summoner |
| Phantom Summoner | Trial of the Scholar | Testimony of Fate | Test of the Summoner |
