If you are unable to enter the game, please try the following:
- Restart your computer and router, then update the game client again.
- Enable a VPN or E-NETin the Launcher.
If E-Net does not turn on: Completely close the launcher. Make sure it is not minimized to the system tray or still running in the background. Wait approximately 5 minutes. Launch it again and try enabling E-Net.
These recommendations do not help everyone, but some players have been able to enter the game successfully after trying them.
